TODD KESSELMAN | co-founder & ADVISOR
Todd is co-founder and advisor at PICO Venture Partners. With more than 20 years of experience as an investor and investment banker, Todd plays a leading role in all aspects of the firm’s investment and operations efforts. In addition to serving on several boards, he is a trusted advisor to many of our founders.
Prior to PICO, Todd co-founded Precision Capital with Gina LaVersa. Before that, he was an investment banker at Deutsche Bank Securities. Todd’s first investment position was as a high yield analyst at Nomura Securities. Although he doesn’t like to admit it, Todd practiced corporate law for five years with a focus on structuring and negotiating acquisitions and strategic partnerships.
Todd earned a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.A. in Economics from Binghamton University.
