Customers pay a premium of 20-40 percent per order, due to inflated menu prices and hidden service fees, and still don't get the fastest available delivery. The marketplaces are bleeding money on marketing and operational costs, and most restaurants hate working with them.
Sauce disrupts the marketplace model by connecting between restaurants and their customers directly, while leveraging third-party delivery courier networks to build a more profitable, cost-effective, win-win-win model for all parties involved.
