Frayda Leibtag joined PICO as a Partner and the Head of Investor Relations and Communications. She is a public affairs and stakeholder relations expert who has extensive experience working with international media, business leaders, private investors, and government officials.
Before joining PICO, Frayda served as WeWork’s Director of Public Affairs for the Middle East, Russia and Central Eastern Europe and was responsible for communications, government relations and impact initiatives. Prior to WeWork, she worked closely with former Jerusalem Mayor Nir Barkat as his Senior Advisor for Foreign Affairs and Media, and served as the international spokesperson for the Mayor and the Jerusalem Municipality.
Earlier in her career, Frayda spent time on international relations and human rights research at several Jerusalem-based think tanks, as well as in the non-profit sector working with Israel’s Ethiopian community.
Frayda has a master’s degree in International Relations from Hebrew University and a bachelor's degree from Bar Ilan University in Political Science, Communications and Journalism.
